The package arrived missing an item, with no information on why it was missing. However after calling, I was assured it would follow in a few days. It did. I then discovered a gauntlet I ordered to replace a damaged one, did not match the sleeve or the picture on the website. The color was totally different from my sleeve and what was presented on the website. Rather than return the gauntlet I ordered the sleeve to match the new color. After speaking on the phone with a representative we agreed they would not charge me for the shipping of the new sleeve, and their IT unit would update the picture. I also appreciate that in that same order I had placed 2 days before a bonus coupon was issued, I was able to speak to a representative and have them refund the difference back to my account. I like and take advantage of the seasonal sales they periodically have on phasing out the old colors of the sleeves and gauntlets. “ I needed help getting the thigh high compression socks on. I have leg ulcers and you cant drag anything over them. I needed something to fit in a suitcase and I couldnt use the frame to pull sock on as it wouldnt fit in. The sleeve I thought at first wouldnt be useful because it comes almost to the knee. Well it did work afterall! Just put the sleeve on and slide the sock on over it! It was easy then pull the sleeve off through the open toe in sock. I recommend this for compression socks. That is if you can pull your leg up to work it. If you cant get the frame. ”
