When to Take Measurements
It is important that the edema is at its most reduced state. Most often this is found first thing in the morning or at the end of treatment.

Measurement Points
Length measurements should be taken at each circumference. It is recommended that you mark the leg with a non-permanent, non-toxic marker at each circumference measurement made. The length measurement is then taken even with the floor, along the inside of the leg, up to each circumference point.

The Sigvaris Secure Armsleeve is a hybrid garment that provides compression and containment to manage lymphedema, post-surgical edema, and general edema. It maintains more graduated compression throughout the arm than traditional armsleeves. Utilizing high modulus inlay yarns, Secure provides containment, works to maintain limb profile, and minimizes garment fatigue. The armsleeve features a dotted silicone grip-top band to ensure it stays in place for all-day wear. The Secure Armsleeve is color coordinated to be worn with a matching Secure Gauntlet or Secure Glove for complete upper extremity coverage.

May be worn on the Left or Right arm.

Great fit and comfortable to wear. Doesn't seem to slide down. So far I have been in 80+ degree weather and it wasn't awful, so thumbs up. I like the black since it looks more elegant or not so medical. The lightest color is very pale which works for me since I'm pale.

Love Sigvaris products and sizing is a little different. Wear a lll med. in Juzo and a 2X in a Sigvaris sleeve. The Glove are both Medium for me now.

I had used the Advance arm sleeve with gauntlet by Sigvaris for several years and liked the comfort but not the longevity. I was lucky to get 3 months out of one. This Secure version is, I think, even more comfortable and has lasted 4 months already. It has no gauntlet but I have had no issues with hand swelling. The beaded cuff has stayed firm and grippy, no slipping. Some slight rolling of the upper edge (inside my arm pit) which I solved by rotating the sleeve slightly every time I don it. The material seems thicker and more robust. Very pleased with it.
