When to Take Measurements
It is important that the edema is at its most reduced state. Most often this is found first thing in the morning or at the end of treatment.

How to Take Length Measurements
Length measurements should be taken at each circumference. It is recommended that you mark the arm with a non-permanent, non-toxic marker at each circumference measurement made.

Measurement Points
1. Measure the ankle circumference at the narrowest part of the ankle above the ankle bone.

2. Measure the calf circumference at the fullest part of the calf.

3. Measure the thigh at the widest circumference.

4. Measure the hip circumference.

5. Determine the leg length (A-T)

I bought both the toeless and regular toe pantyhose with the new sizing and they are both very comfortable and attractive. They fit perfectly, and the new toe section on the regular one really is much more comfortable and doesn't squash my toes. I am really pleased with this product line.
