When to Take Measurements
It is important that the edema is at its most reduced state. Most often this is found first thing in the morning or at the end of treatment.

How to Take Length Measurements
Length measurements should be taken at each circumference. It is recommended that you mark the arm with a non-permanent, non-toxic marker at each circumference measurement made.

Measurement Points
1. Measure the ankle circumference at the narrowest part of the ankle above the ankle bone.

2. Measure the calf circumference at the fullest part of the calf.

3. Determine the calf length by measuring from the floor up to the bend of the knee. This measurement is taken on the outside of the calf.

The Sigvaris 360 Cushioned Cotton Sock has an extra-padded sole, heel, and toe to absorb impact while protecting feet during prolonged periods of standing and walking. It is made with 64% Supima cotton for comfort and durability. It is constructed to put 100% cotton against the skin, making it ideal for people with skin allergies or sensitive skin. The sock is designed to be easy to don. Its flat, low-friction toe seams and soft, knit-in top band with high stretchability help prevent pinching. The Precise Fit Sizing (PFS) System provides a custom-like fit, superior comfort, and application of accurate compression levels, resulting in superior wearability and medical effectiveness. Double-covered yarns ensure durability and a long product life. The sock is made of 64% Supima cotton, 28% nylon, and 8% Spandex.
