When to Take Measurements
It is important that the edema is at its most reduced state. Most often this is found first thing in the morning or at the end of treatment.

Measurement Tips
In between sizes? For PRIMA: upsize one size.
For VIDA: downsize one size.

DD cup or higher? For PRIMA: upsize one size.

Need Flexibility? Add an extender to flex your fit & size up your PRIMA or VIDA by one size.

The Prairie Wear Hugger VIDA is a medium-compression medical bra designed for comfortable everyday support, lymphedema maintenance, and second-phase post-surgical recovery. Offering less compression and coverage than the Hugger PRIMA, the Hugger VIDA provides gentle shaping and 24/7 support for daily wear, sleeping, light activity, or transitioning from a higher-compression garment. Its soft, wire-free design features padded straps, antibacterial and moisture-wicking materials, and a smooth, body-friendly fit without latex or Velcro. Made from durable, easy-care nylon and spandex, this supportive bra is machine washable, tumble dry friendly, and available with an optional Vida EXTENDER to accommodate swelling, bandaging, or extra room when needed.
