When to Take Measurements
It is important that the edema is at its most reduced state. Most often this is found first thing in the morning or at the end of treatment.

How to Take Length Measurements
Length measurements should be taken at each circumference. It is recommended that you mark the arm with a non-permanent, non-toxic marker at each circumference measurement made. The length measurement is then taken from point 'C' along the inside of the arm to each circumference point.

The Jobst Bella Lite Ready-to-Wear Combined Armsleeve and Gauntlet provides gradient compression to assist in the management of lymphedema as well as other edemas. The reduced compression at the wrist provide an effective and comfortable fit when the armsleeve and gauntlet are worn together. The Bella Lite Combined Armsleeve and Gauntlet features: (1) a soft and breathable design; (2) lightweight knit construction that is comfortable to wear; (3) an optional silicone band; (4) two available lengths for greater form-fitting comfort

This is the most comfortable sleeve I have. I use it on church days but wear the other one everyday so I can take the gauntlet off if I need to.The one piece sleeve doesn't bind the wrist as much as the 2 pieces do.I wii buy another one.

Have worn a sleeve with a gauntlet for 30 years. Jobst is the best. Have worn a lot of other brands but have come back to jobst. Get it with silicone band. Easy to get on (with help) and comfortable.

I really like this all in one piece sleeve although I will say I have never worn any other kind. Since I am wearing it on my right arm and am right handed I do have to pull up the hand part when I am washing my hands or cooking but it easy to pull it back on when I am ready. My lymphedema therapist likes it too because she said people who use a separate glove and sleeve tend to take off the glove and then not put it back on.
