Featuring a non-constricting waistband, cotton gusset and flat seams to make the undergarment discreet under clothing or workout wear. The breathable, moisture wicking fabric contains silver microfibers to reduce bacteria, the chance of infection and odor. Most effective without underwear.  These are a tremendous help with my lymphedema for several reasons. I use all of the different lengths of this brand in conjunction with my compression stockings which I use the shorts over the top to help hold everything up or leggings underneath my wraps which prevents slipping at my thigh. The weather determines which length that i will use and how i approach compression on my leg. This gives me an additional tool for lymphatic flow. I have been more successful in my daily battle with lymphedema because of these! Love them!
