The undergarment features a non-constricting waistband, flat seams and has the appearance of athletic wear. Solidea men's legging is top of the line in terms of construction and comfort. I sleep in mine when the lymphedema in legs and groin from Prostate removal can't be controlled well with MLD or I've been sitting at my desk for days at a time. Nothing feels better. I'm 5'9" and 170 lbs and wear the large. When you take it out of the box it looks like they sent you a size too small but it really stretches - a lot. Must be European sizing because I'm normally a medium. Hope this helps.

Excellent product, leaves waves or channels to transport fluid accumulation. These channels are perfect for applying lotion after removal of the garment. Very comfortable.
