Strips of open cell foam are sewn between two layers of washable and durable fabric creating a gentle yet affective alternative to flat foam sheets. When worn as part of a multilayered short stretch bandage system, Komprex II leaves harmless impressions on the limb surface which slowly reverse the fibrotic changes associated with longstanding lymphedema.
