During the home care phase of the Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) program, each patient is counseled to adhere to a regimen of specialized compression wrapping followed by exercise. This second DVD of a two disc series (one for upper and one for lower extremity lymphedema) consists of three individual routines which have been designed to instruct the participant to correctly exercise his/her affected limb. It is a valuable tool for patients who have completed a series of CDT therapy and are now continuing their individual regimen at home. It is also designed for professionals providing MLD/CDT treatments for patients.
