 | DID YOU KNOW? |  | | Lymphedema bandages are referred to as short stretch because when compared to a traditional ace bandage, they only stretch an additional 50% of their length. A typical ace bandage can stretch up to an additional 300% of its length. Short stretch bandages contain no rubber threads so they generate comfortable, safer pressures. Because short stretch bandages do not contain rubber, they do not create any of the typical constriction problems associated with highly elastic bandages.
